4th week of 2019: plans

I have more chess-unrelated stuff to do lately, so I can’t expand my chess training routine this week. However, when I started this diary, I intended to make each week better than the previous one. If I can’t increase the quantity, I should improve the quality – at least slightly.

My plan for the 4th week of 2019 is the following:

  • one hour of tactics every day (just as before, but this time I’m going to avoid chesstempo blitz tactics, and also focus on solving everything correctly)
  • one hour of studying a chess book every day
  • one game of chess (at least 30+0) with post-game analysis every day*

* – this is optional, because there’s a high chance of me being too tired to play a quality game – and the previous week has shown that in such case it is better not to play at all (because I won’t learn anything from it anyway)
