7th week of 2019: plans

My chess training have not been going well lately. I didn’t manage to stick to my schedule, then I tried doing stuff without schedule (which resulted in not doing anything out of my comfort zone).

So, the plan for the next week is the following:

  • spend at least 15 minutes a day solving ChessTempo standard tactics (calculating everything before making the first move).

This might look like a big step back (especially considering 3 hours per day schedule from weeks 2 and 3), but I need to regain consistency.

I also have to remember that I’m totally free to do more than that – in terms of playing, solving tactics or looking for new ways of improving (books?).
